No need to panic here are some planning tips from Organizational Expert, Karen Cynowa. Karen will show you how to find the Work/Life balance.
No time to waste; utilize every sitting moment at lunch, waiting for an appointment or watching TV. Gather the lists and start shopping each week.
Food/Grocery List
Get you menu in order for all the family and company. Pull out the recipes and make a list of all ingredients needed. Don’t forget to include Uncle Buck’s favorite drink and olives to go with it.
Gift List
Make a list of Gifts, who to buy for that you may not remember. At work or home the UPS/FED X person, mail carriers, babysitters, co-workers, teachers, hair dressers, lawn crew, hostess gifts and don’t forget Santa’s stocking stuffers.
Cards
Either personally or for Business clients, this is the easiest of all. Karen suggest to all her clients make a customize card in minutes and send it out without ever touching a thing for under a $1.00. Your entire mailing list can be imported into your account and in minutes you can have your, “We appreciate your business” cards done. Visit Tips and Research, Recommended Business Building Tool and view Send Out Cards.
Work
This tends to be a slow time for many companies unless you are in retail. Start cleaning out that email box now. Look ahead for any projects that may have a deadline at the first of the year and don’t procrastinate, get them started. With taking days off, catching up will be the first priority when you return. If beginning of the year projects are started you won’t panic when you return to 100 emails.
Have a Productive, Stress Free holiday.
