As a seasoned employer, professional organizer and productivity consultant, I specialize in helping individuals and organizations create an environment where you can be more productive working with individuals and teams.
Coaching doesn’t bring up the past. It is a process that uses focused conversations to create solutions for the present moment and promotes individual growth, purposeful action, and sustained improvement. My 1-to-1 coaching services are customized for the each individual.
I normally start with an:
- Assessment
- Set up a phone conversation; establish your goals, and the process of our work together.
- Next we will set priorities and create and action plan which I will make you accountable for. My goal as a coach is to keep you on track as you progress through the process.
- Then we will have weekly phone sessions up to an hour long to reinforce the priorities and behavior change
